Shipping Information

We’re so excited to be sending a little piece of Olive & Beans to you and your pup!

Every order is carefully checked, packed with love and prepared by hand to ensure it arrives safely.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 5 - 7 working days.

During new collection launches, promotions or busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We’ll always do our best to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

UK Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom using tracked delivery so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Tracked Delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Express Delivery (if selected): 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

Delays

While we work hard to dispatch every order on time, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside of our control, including courier delays, adverse weather or peak seasonal periods.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order.

Olive & Beans cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed, lost or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, please get in touch with us and we’ll work with the courier to investigate.

Return & Exchange Policy

At Olive & Beans, we hope you and your pup love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in its original condition.
Be free from hair, dirt, odours and signs of wear.
Include all original tags and packaging where possible.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or worn by your dog unless they are faulty.

How to Return Your Order

To start a return, please email us at woof@oliveandbeans.co.uk with:

Your order number.
Your name.
The reason for your return.

Once your return has been approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged or sent incorrectly.

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved.

Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless your item is faulty or we made an error with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or design, please contact us. The quickest way to receive your preferred item is to return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.
